Born on the 18th of October 1984, American Alpine skier Lindsey Vonn who is now retired, won Four World Cup competitions and the downhill gold medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics. She has the second highest overall score for any skier both female and male. She is the best skier of all time and also the most popular across The United States. Lindsey American World Cup alpine ski racer Caroline Vonn also known as Lindsey Vonn participates with the US Ski Team. In four different occasions, she has been awarded the title of winner in the World Cup overall competition. She's one of the most famous athletes within American Histories. She is the only six women to have won every event of the World Cup circuit. She's achieved the title of 82 World Cup victories in total. Skiers who are among the best in across the globe, including best American ski racers have made their announcements of retirement following the World Championship in Sweden. The four-time World Cup overall champion decided to take a break following numerous ailments. Social media was her way to announce her retirement.
