Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she gave up gymnastics. As a teenager she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. She earned her Professional Card within a year, at the age of 17. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional license to continue her studies. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished 3rd in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness, despite not having any expectations. It's no surprise that she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It consists of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, and sitting rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the actual training. Ariel makes the best use of her time. One way to achieve this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
