It was particularly true during periods of rapid transformation and growth in business. She's been an expert in the field of thought, helping implement business and people-related strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans by utilizing the management of performance and organizational processes employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as the management of change. She is a lover of learning and regards the growth of leaders and teams as the biggest competitive advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and trained managers who have shown success and results. Her experience has helped develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as beneficial change for people as well as teams. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to devote her time and talents to the causes. She also supports several non-profit organizations during the time she has off. This includes being part of within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee who are dedicated to assisting women become leaders.
